When Froggy wakes up to snow one morning, he can't wait to go outside and play, but his mom tells him that frogs are supposed to sleep all winter. That doesn't stop this determined little guy, who puts on his hat, scarf, and boots and flops outside.

But wait, he forgot his pants! He runs back inside and tries to get dressed again. But each time he hops back outside, his mother yells out the window that he's forgotten another important article of clothing. Will he ever get to play in the snow?
