His ladder is out. His eyes are on the prize. Little Mouse is going to climb up to that red, ripe strawberry and pick it! But Little Mouse hasn’t heard about the big, hungry Bear. He loves red, ripe strawberries too, and he can smell one from a mile away—especially if it’s just been picked! It’s only a matter of time now till the Bear tromps through the forest on his big, hungry feet and starts sniffing around for something strawberry sweet.
