Post a countdown to the Book Box arrival date on your bulletin board, so the class can follow along and build anticipation and excitement.
Request catalogs to distribute to your students each month.
If you haven't ordered online before, register by creating a User Name and Password.
Collect the orders from each student and submit them all to Scholastic. Include any additional titles or items you'd like to order for your classroom.

You will get an e-mail every time a parent submits an order online. Log in to see these pending orders, and enter any paper orders you have collected from students. Then submit the full class order to Scholastic so everything ships together.
Save the paper order forms so that you can easily distribute the books to students once the shipment arrives. You will get a record of what each student ordered online, both via e-mail and in your book box.

With each parent order, you'll earn Bonus Points, which you can redeem for free books or other items for your classroom. The more your class orders, the more Bonus Points you receive.
Be sure to check your monthly catalog for special promotions and opportunities to earn more free books for your classroom.
Redeem your Bonus Points for books in the monthly catalog, or shop the online Rewards Center for other classroom materials.

Once you have all of your orders and have added any items you'd like to order for the classroom, you're ready to submit your order to Scholastic.
You will receive an e-mail notification that your online order has been received, as well as a shipping notification e-mail.
If you have any questions about your order, contact Customer Service, where representatives are available to assist you with whatever questions you might have.
You can pay online with your credit card or send a check to Scholastic by mail. Use the postpaid envelope provided in any Book Clubs catalog. Fill out and return the payment stub with your check and/or credit card information. Make checks payable to Scholastic Book Clubs. No cash, please.
